Haida Teaching Observation - Shenzhen
The teaching management department of Haida Shenzhen Branch takes foreign trainers and Chinese teaching professionals as the core layer of management to grasp the stability and development direction of foreign teachers' teaching as a whole, and has special personnel to be responsible for the management of foreign teachers' teaching.
The contents of teaching management mainly includes: foreign teachers’ pre-service training, induction training, on-the-job training, regular activity organization, annual excellent foreign teacher evaluation, teaching plan evaluation, lecture evaluation, satisfaction survey and feedback summary, support and assist the school and district education bureaus in carrying out international education teaching activities. These are aimed at helping Haida foreign teachers integrate into Chinese education and culture continuously and effectively, and further improve the quality of teaching as well as promote the development of international education.
In addition to the theoretical training on teaching concepts carried out by foreign trainers, Haida Teaching Management Department also practices professional teaching observation by the teaching team. The teaching team decides the frequency and frequency of observations according to the foreign teachers' teaching experience and school feedback, and carries out on-site feedback after observing the class, giving real-time and targeted classroom guidance to foreign teachers, so as to improve performance of teachers across the spectrum of experience.
