Gathering for New Arrivals

On September 20, a cool and comfortable Saturday afternoon, Haida organized a special welcome gathering for newly arrived foreign teachers working at various schools in Hangzhou. More than a dozen new foreign teachers from different countries came together to share experiences, make new friends, and enjoy delightful conversations over food and drinks.

The event aimed to help new foreign teachers adapt to life and work in Hangzhou while providing an open and friendly platform for communication. The atmosphere was filled with laughter and joy as the teachers enjoyed a mix of Chinese and Western snacks and drinks, freely sharing teaching experiences, cultural stories, and their first impressions of living in Hangzhou. 

Hangzhou is becoming home to a growing number of international educators, and Haida is committed to being every foreign teacher's first friend in this city.
